Payment Methods

DeFrank's Flies acceptsall major credit/debit cards through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account or create a PayPal account to use a credit/debit card through PayPal.

We also accept money orders, cashier's checks or a personal check drawn on a United States bank for payment. In the event a personal check, cashier's check or money order is used for payment, you must contact Mark personally at 724-317-8582 or by email at mark@defranksflies.com to place your order. You will receive an itemized invoice via PayPal for payment. You will then need to print your invoice and mail your payment to:

Once we receive your payment your order will be processed. If payment is made by personal check your shipment will be held until the check clears.

Packaging and Shipping

Shipping on all domestic orders totaling $20.00 or less is $2.50. International shipping is a $5.00 on all orders.

All orders are packaged inbubble-lined mailers or boxes suitable to protect your order from damage during shipment. All flies are securely enclosed in crush proof containers for extra security.

NO LOOSE FLIES ARE MAILED OR ZIPLOCK BAGGIES USED IN OUR SHIPMENTS!

Normally we ship via the United States Postal Service 1st class mail. Please allow a minimum of 2-5 business days for your order to ship after payment is received for order fulfillment and processing. Shipment tracking is standard for all packages shipped within the United States. Bulky and heavy orders (over 13 ounces) may be shipped using Priority Mail.

Backorders

If any items you order are backordered they will be shipped as soon as they are received from the distributor. You will be notified of any backorders as soon as your order is processed and will have the option to cancel the portion of your order that includes backordered items. All backordered items WILL NOT incur an additional shipping charge.

Return Policy

In the event that you are unsatisfied with my product, you may return the items purchased at Defrank's Flies within 7 days of the original delivery date. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will charged a 10% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

If you item is damaged during shipment or is defective you may return the item for a refund. You will not be charged a restocking fee and the return shipment will be refunded by DeFrank's Flies.

Returns are not accepted on Custom orders.
